Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of black cherry, blackberry and plum followed by aromas of violet, blueberry, raspberry and black pepper.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13%

Cold cuts, Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Sauteed meat, Cheese
