Brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and rose followed by aromas of cyclamen, plum, strawberry, chocolate, tobacco and vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balance by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum.

12 months in barrique.

Alcohol: 13%

Meat appetizers, Pasta with meat, Roasted white meat, Roasted fish, Fish soups
