Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
This sparkling wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that
start with hints of banana, pineapple and litchi followed by aromas of
acacia, wistaria, broom, green apple, pear, peach and almond. In the mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack,
however well balanced, delicate, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of pear, banana and pineapple. A well made
sparkling wine. This Prosecco ages on its lees for 2 months and ages in
bottle for 3 months.
