Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
This sparkling wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose reveals delicate, clean and pleasing aromas which start
with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by aromas of pineapple,
hawthorn, broom and litchi. In the mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a crisp and effervescent attack with slightly sweetness, however
balanced, delicate, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of pear and peach. This Prosecco is produced with the Charmat
method and ages in bottle for 3 months.
