This Prosecco shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose denotes delicate, clean and pleasing aromas that start
with hints of pear and pineapple followed by aromas of wistaria, hawthorn,
apple, litchi and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
a crisp and effervescent attack and slightly sweetness, however balanced,
delicate, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of pear and pineapple. This sparkling wine is produced with the
Charmat method and ages in bottle for 2 months. |
