This wine shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber
yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and elegant
aromas which start with hints of dried fig and honey followed by aromas of
dried apricot, candied fruit, quince jam, peach jam, date, orange
marmalade, hazelnut, vanilla, saffron and hints of enamel. In the mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack however well
balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of dried fig, honey and peach jam. A well made wine. Sulè
ages for three years in barrique followed by one year of aging in bottle. |
