Dolcetto d'Alba (Piedmont) The wine has a beautiful soft ruby red color with evident nuances of purplish red, moderate transparency. At the nose are perceived fruit aromas of black cherry, blackberry as well as hints of violet, not very rich however well defined and clean. The attack in mouth is crisp however follows good tannins perfectly balanced by alcohol. The taste is intense and persistent with a finish of black cherry and hints of crispness. This Dolcetto is produced with fermentation of the must in steel tanks and a maceration of skins for 14 days.

Alcohol: 13%
