The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing
aromas which start with hints of peach and hawthorn followed by aromas of
pineapple, broom, litchi, pear and hints of bell pepper and grapefruit. In
the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with
flavors of peach, pear and grapefruit. This Sauvignon Blanc ages for 2
months in bottle.
