The wine shows a beautiful ruby red color, moderate transparency. The olfactory evaluation reveals an evident hint of wood which does not cover other good aroma, mainly of black cherry and violet. Moreover there can be perceived aromas of cocoa and vanilla. The mouth has intense flavors of black cherry. The wine has good body and is balanced, tannins are however well balanced by alcohol. The finish is persistent with evident and pleasing hints of black cherry and vanilla. This wine is produced with fermentation of must in steel tanks and a maceration is skins for 14 days. Before being bottled it is aged in barrique for about one year.
