Score: ✧✧✧✧✧ |
This wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals good personality with intense,
clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas that start with good hints of
peach, elder and pineapple followed by good aromas of acacia, litchi,
apple, broom, grapefruit and hints of sage. In the mouth has very good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however well balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, very agreeable. The finish is very
persistent with long flavors of peach, pineapple and pear. A well made
wine. This Sauvignon Blanc ages for 10 months in steel tanks.
