Sparkling Wine Sparkling Wine Score: ✧✧✧

(Lombardy) The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, fine and persistent perlage, good effervescence. The nose reveals clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and pineapple followed by aromas of broom, banana, yeast, brioche and grapefruit. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and banana. This sparkling wine is produced with the classic method and ages on yeasts for 36 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Crustaceans, Pasta and risotto with fish, Vegetables and mushrooms soups

(Lombardy) This wine shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, fine and persistent perlage, good effervescence. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple and banana followed by aromas of hawthorn, yeast, bread crust, brioche, litchi, toasted bread and hints of butter and grapefruit. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack however balanced, good body, intense flavors, pleasing. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and banana. This sparkling wine is produced with the classic method and ages on yeasts for 60 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear and pineapple followed by aromas of acacia, apple, litchi and hints of mineral. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear and pineapple.

The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of pomegranate, plum, licorice, cyclamen and hints of toasted wood. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum and blueberry.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of black cherry and plum followed by aromas of blueberry, licorice, violet, tobacco, vanilla and hints of cocoa. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, black cherry and blueberry. This wine ages for 7 months in barrique.
