(Sardinia) The wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of hawthorn and almond followed by aromas of apple, pear and broom. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of pear, apple and almond.

Alcohol: 13%

Aperitifs, Crustaceans appetizers, Pasta and risotto with vegetables and crustaceans, Fried fish

Cannonau di Sardegna (Sardinia) This wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of cherry, violet and raspberry followed by aromas of plum and blueberry. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum and blueberry. This wine ages for 6-8 months in cask and for 3 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13%

(Sardinia) This sparkling wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, good perlage. The nose denotes delicate, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear and pineapple followed by aromas of banana, broom, litchi, apple, peach and almond. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced, delicate, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of banana, pineapple and litchi. This sparkling wine is produced with the Charmat method.

Alcohol: 11%

The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of hazelnuts and apple followed by aromas of hawthorn, bread crust, honey, pear and grapefruit. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack with a pleasing sweet flavor, however balanced, intense flavors, good body. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and honey. This sparkling wine is produced with the Charmat method.

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum. This wine ages in cask for 12 months followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.

The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and plum. Terras ages for 12 months in barrique.

The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with good hints of almond, dried fig and honey followed by aromas of date, licorice, hazelnut, vanilla and hints of enamel and leather. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly crisp attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of dried fig, almond, hazelnut and date. A well made wine. This Vernaccia di Oristano ages with the traditional method in partially filled casks and by the effects of typical yeasts (flor).

Alcohol: 15.5%
