Alto Adige (Alto Adige) This wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of pear and apple followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, jasmine, litchi, broom and peach. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and pear. Part of this wine ferments in cask.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Fried fish, Pasta and risotto with fish, Sauteed white meat

Alto Adige (Alto Adige) This wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of plum, vanilla and black currant followed by aromas of black cherry, blackberry, violet, licorice, tobacco, cinnamon, bell pepper and hints of chocolate, eucalyptus and nutmeg. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable. The finish is persistent with good flavors of plum, black currant and black cherry. A well made wine. This Cabernet Sauvignon ages for 18 months in barrique.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of black cherry and plum followed by aromas of blueberry, violet, cyclamen, licorice, vanilla and hints of cocoa and menthol. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and plum. This Lagrein ages for 18 months in cask.

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and raspberry. A well made wine. Geierberg ages in cask for 12 months.

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple and toasted wood followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom, litchi, pineapple, peach, pear, vanilla and hints of almond. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and peach. Part of this wine ferments in cask and ages for about one year in bottle.
