The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aroma which start with hints of pineapple, banana and pear followed by aromas of acacia, hawthorn, broom, peach, plum and hints of yeast. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, pear and plum. This Chardonnay ages for at least 4 months in steel tanks and for at least one month in bottle.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and pear. This Chardonnay ages for at least 4 months in steel tanks and at least one month in bottle.

The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and plum. This wine ages for a short period in barrique followed by at least 6 months of aging in steel tanks and at least one month in bottle.

Friuli Colli Orientali (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach and pear followed by aromas of pineapple, acacia, litchi, apple and elder. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pineapple and pear. This Sauvignon Blanc ages for 3 months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13%

Fried fish, Fried vegetables, Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans

(Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of black cherry, black currant and blueberry followed by aromas of plum, licorice, vanilla and hints of bell pepper and menthol. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum and black cherry. This wine ages for 6 months in barrique and for 3 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13%

Sauteed meat with mushrooms, Roasted meat, Broiled meat and barbecue
