Score: ✧✧✧ |
The wine shows a soft straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very
transparent. The nose is very elegant and refined with evident typicality of the
grapes used to make this wine. The wine's olfactory style is mainly of fruit
with evident aromas of pineapple, litchi, pear, peach, grapefruit as well as
elder flower, sage and acacia. The mouth has a good correspondence to the nose,
it is intense, crisp and well balanced by alcohol. The finish is persistent
with pleasing hints of peach and elder flower. A well made wine. This wine is
produced with fermentation and maceration of skins at a controlled temperature.
