Score: ✧✧✧✧✭ |
This Champagne shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of golden
yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing, refined
and elegant aromas which start with hints of praline, baked cake and ripe
banana followed by aromas of pineapple, honey, hawthorn, yeast, apple,
hazelnut, pear and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
a crisp and effervescent attack, however well balanced by alcohol, good
body, intense flavors, agreeable roundness. The finish is persistent with
flavors of ripe banana, grapefruit and honey. A well made Champagne aged in
bottle on its lees for at least 5 years.
