The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, appreciable effervescence. The nose denotes clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear and plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, banana and apple. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced, delicate, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of pear and apple. This wine is produced in pressurized tanks.

This wine ages for 4 months in concrete tanks and ages in bottle for 4 months.

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of black cherry and plum. This wine ages for 8 months in barrique followed by 4 months of aging in bottle.
