Franciacorta (Lombardy) The wine shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of bread crust, banana and hazelnut followed by aromas of acacia, yeast, hawthorn, pear and honey. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and banana. This Franciacorta ages in bottle on its lees for at least 24 months.

Alcohol: 12%

Fried fish, Sauteed fish, Broiled crustaceans

The finish is persistent with flavors of grapefruit, pear and hazelnut. Part of the Chardonnay used for this wine ages in barrique. This Franciacorta ages in bottle on its lees for at least 36 months.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of hazelnut, banana and plum. Part of the Chardonnay used for this wine ages in barrique. This Franciacorta ages in bottle on its lees for at least 36 months.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic and effervescent attack, good crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blueberry. This classic method sparkling wine ages in bottle on its lees for at least 24 months.

The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of strawberry and raspberry followed by aromas of cyclamen, cherry, bread crust and yeast. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly sweet and effervescent attack, pleasing crispness, however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry, cherry and strawberry. This classic method sparkling wine ages on its lees in bottle for at least 24 months.

The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, banana and pear. Brogilus ages for 6 months in barrique followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of banana, pineapple and pear. This wine ages in steel tanks.
