The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and appreciable crispness, however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum jam and black cherry jam. A well made wine. Ripe del Falco ages for 12 months in barrique followed by a long aging in steel tanks.
