(Calabria) Micah shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, apple and hawthorn followed by aromas of pineapple, peach, pear and banana. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and pineapple. Micah ages in steel tanks for 5 months.

Alcohol: 13%

Fried fish, Broiled fish, Fish soups

The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and banana followed by aromas of pineapple, broom and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and banana. Palika ages in steel tanks.
