Champagne Deutz Brut Millesimée shows brilliant straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage, very transparent. The
nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which
start with hints of banana, hazelnut and bread crust followed by aromas of
yeast, pear, apple, mineral, hawthorn, croissant, marzipan, raspberry,
butter and praline. The mouth has excellent correspondence to the nose, an
effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of
banana, raspberry, apple and hazelnut. A well made wine. |
