Barbaresco (Piedmont) This Barbaresco shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of cherry, raspberry and violet followed by aromas of plum, vanilla, rose, tobacco, cinnamon, cocoa and menthol. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. This Barbaresco ages for 26 months in cask followed by 7 months of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 14%

Game, Roasted meat, Braised and stewed meat, Hard cheese

Barbaresco (Piedmont) This Barbaresco shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of cherry, violet and raspberry followed by aromas of plum, vanilla, tobacco, cocoa, cinnamon and menthol. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry. This Barbaresco ages for 17 months in cask, 7 months in steel tanks and 15 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 14%

(Piedmont) Bellis Perennis shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, peach and pear followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and peach. Bellis Perennis is produced with Pelaverga grape vinified in white and ages for 6 months in steel tanks.
