Il Tornese shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, grapefruit and banana followed by aromas of acacia, toasted wood, pineapple, pear, vanilla, plum and face powder. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, plum and grapefruit. Il Tornese ages in part in cask and in part in steel tanks.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry. Notturno in Fa Maggiore ages for 8 months in barrique followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of black cherry, plum and violet followed by aromas of blueberry, blackberry, vanilla, tobacco, chocolate, black pepper, mace and menthol. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, black cherry and blueberry. Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Riserva Il Pruno ages in cask for 18 months followed by 10 months of aging in bottle.
