(Sicily) Castelluccimiano Brut shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, fine and persistent perlage, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and almond followed by aromas of pear, peach and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and almond. Castelluccimiano Brut is produced with the Charmat method.

Alcohol: 12.5%

(Sicily) La Masa shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and plum followed by aromas of almond, hawthorn, citrus fruits and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and almond. La Masa is produced with late harvested grapes. This wine ages for 2 months in barrique, 2 months in steel tanks and for 6 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 14.5%

Stuffed pasta, Roasted fish, Fish soups, Sauteed white meat

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas that start with hints of black cherry, black berry and plum followed by aromas of dried violet, blueberry, vanilla, tobacco, pink pepper, chocolate, leather and mace. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum. Maravita ages for 14 months in barrique followed by 12 months of aging in bottle.

The finish is persistent with flavors of black currant, plum and blackberry. This Syrah ages in barrique for 10 months.
