Brilliant onion skin pink and nuances of pale pink, transparent. Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and strawberry followed by aromas of cyclamen, peach and plum. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. Pretty persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. 4 months in steel tanks, 1 months in bottle.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, plum and raspberry followed by aromas of violet, blueberry, tobacco, carob and vanilla. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry. 12 months in cask, 6 months in bottle.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and strawberry followed by aromas of cyclamen, bread crust, violet, yeast and plum. Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. Refermented in bottle on its lees for 18 months.
