Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of plum, black cherry and blackberry followed by aromas of dried violet, blueberry, tobacco, blackberry, chocolate, leather, vanilla, cinnamon, mace and menthol.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry.

18 months in barrique and cask, 12 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 14.5%

Game, Roasted meat, Stewed and braised meat, Hard cheese

Persistent finish with flavors of blackberry, plum and black cherry.

18 months in barrique and cask, 12 months in bottle.
