Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, blackberry and raspberry followed by aromas of violet, plum, cyclamen, blueberry, carob, tobacco and vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, blackberry and raspberry.

8 months in cask.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, blackberry ad violet followed by aromas of blueberry, geranium, black cherry and hints of vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, blackberry and blueberry.

8 months in cask.
