Brilliant pale pink and nuances of pale pink, transparent, fine and persistent perlage. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and blackberry followed by aromas of peach, apple, cyclamen, tangerine and plum. Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and peach. Produced with the Martinotti method.

Alcohol: 12%

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of violet, blackberry, raspberry, carob, tobacco, vanilla and menthol. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and raspberry. 4 months in barrique.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry. 12 months in barrique.
