Brilliant ruby red and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of black cherry, plum and blackberry followed by aromas of dried violet, blueberry, dried rose, raspberry, tobacco, carob, chocolate, vanilla and menthol.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry.

15 months in cask, 16 months in bottle.

Broiled meat and barbecue, Roasted meat, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Cheese
