Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, plum and violet followed by aromas of blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, tobacco, chocolate, mace, cardamom and vanilla. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, plum and blueberry. Aged in cask.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of pear, pineapple and papaya followed by aromas of acacia, iris, banana, tangerine, apple, peach, mango and mineral. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of pear, pineapple and papaya. Aged in amphora.
