(Lombardy) Brolo dei Passoni shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of ripe banana, peach jam and honey followed by aromas of date, candied fruit, vanilla, citrus fruit peel, hazelnut and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet attack and pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of ripe banana, peach jam and date. Brolo dei Passoni is produced with dried grapes and ages in barrique for one year followed by one year of aging in bottle.

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a dry and effervescent attack however well balanced by good acidity and alcohol, good body and intense flavors. The finish is persistent with good flavors of pear, apple and plum. This Franciacorta is produced in the best vintages only and ages in bottle, at the end of secondary fermentation, for 42 months and no dosage is added (Pas Dosè).

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a pleasing tannic attack with a pleasing crispness however well balanced by alcohol, intense flavors and good body. The finish is persistent with clean flavors of plum, raspberry and black cherry. A well made wine. This Terre di Franciacorta ferments in barrique and ages for 18 months in barrique followed by at least 12 months of aging in bottle.
