Deep amber yellow with coppery nuances, transparent.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of gentian, star anise, clove, yarrow, licorice, cinnamon, allspice, citrus peel, mint and honey, with almost imperceptible pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, decidedly bitter, pleasing roundness, slight hint of sweetness, very agreeable.
Persistent finish with flavors of gentian, clove, yarrow, licorice and star anise.
Aged in cask.
