Brilliant golden yellow, crystalline and transparent.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of plum, vanilla, cherry, violet, hazelnut, tobacco, chocolate and honey with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness.
Persistent finish with flavors of plum, hazelnut, chocolate and honey.
Batch distillation in bain-marie distiller. Aged in cask.
