Limpid, colorless and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of apple, almond and hazelnut with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors, with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of apple and almond.
Double distillation in batch bain-marie alembic. 6 months in steel tanks.
