Pomace of semi-aromatic grapes, including Pinot, Moscato Bianco and Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13

Limpid, colorless and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of grape, pear, lychee, hazelnut, peach, apple, white rose and lavender with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of grape, pear, lychee and peach.
Distilled in steam operated batch alembic still.
