Brilliant amber yellow, limpid.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of black cherry, plum, blackberry, dried violet, tobacco, vanilla, cocoa, honey, caramel, hazelnut and licorice with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness.
Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum, blackberry, honey and hazelnut.
Bain-marie batch distillation. Aged in barrique for 30 months.
