This Prosecco shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints
of pear, apple and yeast followed by aromas of hawthorn, bread crust,
almond, peach and pineapple. In the mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach,
pear and apple. This Prosecco is produced with the Martinotti method.
