The wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear and apple followed by aromas of acacia, pineapple, hawthorn, broom, hazelnut and peach. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear and apple. This Pinot Gris ages for 7 months in steel tanks followed by 2 months of aging in bottle.
