This Sauvignon Blanc shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach, pineapple and litchi followed by aromas of apple, hawthorn, pear, elder and bell pepper. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pear and pineapple. This wine ages for 6 months in steel tanks followed by at least one month of aging in bottle.
