(Sicily) This wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach and pineapple followed by aromas of pear, apple, broom, litchi, plum and elder. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pineapple and pear. This Grecanico ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%

Pasta and risotto with crustaceans, Broiled crustaceans, Sauteed fish
