The wine shows a pale amber yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very
transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
which start with hints of raisin, vanilla and almond followed by aromas of
apple, citrus fruit peel, honey, hawthorn and lavender. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, pleasing crispness,
however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is
persistent with flavors of raisin, almond and honey. Soandre is produced
with late harvested grapes, of which a part is dried, and ages for 10
months in barrique.
