White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
This wine shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow,
very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that
start with hints of pear, apple and broom followed by aromas of pineapple,
hawthorn, peach and anise. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a
crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.
The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and pineapple. Cori
Illirio ages in steel tanks.
