Brecceto 2006
Trappolini (Italy)
(Latium)
Grechetto (50%), Chardonnay (50%)
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Brecceto shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of apple, banana and acacia followed
by aromas of pineapple, kiwi, hazelnut, plum and pear. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of apple, banana and plum. Brecceto ages for few months in cask.
