(Latium) Poggio della Costa shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of pear, peach and pineapple followed by aromas of hawthorn, apple, hazelnut and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, peach and pineapple. Poggio della Costa ages for 6 months in steel tanks followed by 2 months of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 14%

Pasta and risotto with vegetables and fish, Sauteed fish, Legumes soups
