Colli Tortonesi Bianco Risveglio shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, banana and hawthorn followed by aromas of plum, vanilla, citrus fruits and pear. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and plum. Colli Tortonesi Bianco Risveglio ages for 6 months in cask followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.
