Colli di Rimini (Emilia-Romagna) Colli di Rimini Rosso Noi shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of black cherry, plum and vanilla followed by aromas of violet, black currant, blueberry, tobacco, chocolate and mace. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and black currant. Colli di Rimini Rosso Noi ages for 12 months in barrique followed by 4 months of aging in bottle.

Devo dire che questo vino mi è piaciuto sia per l'immediatezza dei profumi che per la bella struttura rotonda che si sente in bocca.
Un bel colore rosso rubino scuro che lascia poco spazio alla trasparenza. Ma poi il naso, bello e fresco di ciliegia matura, mora e ribes ma anche la vaniglia della barrique, la prugna e la violetta.
All'assaggio è il buon corpo che mi ha convinto, non proprio opulento, ma non indifferente. Già si percepiscono tannini carezzevoli e rotondi incorniciati nella piacevole acidità del Sangiovese. Un vino che è sicuramente persistente nei suoi bei sapori di ribes e ciliegia matura.
