This Soave Classico shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, peach and hawthorn followed
by aromas of pineapple, broom and almond. The mouth has good correspondence
to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors
of pear, peach and almond. This Soave Classico ages in steel tanks. |

A simple yet refreshing wine with mineral hints. Good fruit to the nose (pear and peach) as well as a pleasing finish of almond. Refreshing and dry, lacking of the body you would expect from a Soave wine. A straight wine good for aperitifs and soups.
