Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Terre di Franciacorta Bianco Vigna del Bosco Alto shows a brilliant golden
yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose
denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints
of apple, plum and banana followed by aromas of toasted wood, vanilla,
grapefruit, hawthorn, flint and mineral. The mouth has good correspondence
to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors
of apple, plum and banana. Terre di Franciacorta Bianco Vigna del Bosco
Alto ferments and ages in barrique for 12 months followed by at least 8
months of aging in bottle. |
