(Veneto)
Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13

White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
Svejo shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very
transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
which start with hints of peach, pineapple and citrus fruits followed by
aromas of apple, pear and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense
flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of
peach, apple and pear. Svejo ages for 6 months in steel tanks followed by 4
months of aging in bottle. |
