Torre di Giano Bianco Vigna il Pino shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and medlar followed by aromas of hawthorn, vanilla, citrus fruits, pear, broom and hazelnut. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear. A part of Torre di Giano Bianco Vigna il Pino ages in barrique for 3 months.
